The Dolce and Gelato brand of gelateria was established in 2004 as a gelato, coffee and cake outlet in Newtown a suburb in the inner west of Sydney. This serves as model ice cream parlour which has recently motivated a Korean investor to commence a chain in his own country using the business advisory service for marketing and distribution of the top quality Dolce & Gelato products. The ingredients used in the manufacture are Australian, local grown friuts. The Sicilian style gelato ice cream in combination with the local products, offers gelato in 30 flavors using natural fruits, nut, milk and chocolate products.. Currently the company is planning, expanding the manufacturing facilities to Orange in regional New South Wales of Australia
